Congratulations to SEFA Scholarship graduate Kaiyne Woolery who has signed for Scottish Premiership outfit Motherwell.
The 26-year-old has penned a three year deal at Fir Park after an impressive season at EFL League Two side Tranmere Rovers, where the wide forward netted in eleven goals in 52 appearances.
“Kaiyne is a player I’ve admired for a few years now,” said Well boss Graham Alexander.
“He’s always caused my teams problems with his pace and goal threat. I’m very happy to bring him to Motherwell.
“I believe his best years are ahead of him and we all look forward to working with him. I know he will help us improve our attacking threat.”
A SEFA Scholar between 2011 and 2013, Kaiyne played a key part of our Scholarship’s English Colleges National Cup win in 2012, scoring in the final at Ashton Gate against the Gordon Strachan Academy.
SEFA Director Lee Spiller commented: “Kaiyne is coming off a magnificent season and this is reflected in him getting a great move to one of the biggest clubs in Scotland.
“To get a three year deal at a club of this calibre in the current climate is a testament to his ability and professionalism, two virtues of his which have never been in doubt and are a constant source of pride for all of us at Soccer Elite FA.
“Kaiyne will always be a big part of the SEFA family and we wish him luck in this new chapter of his career!”
Another one in the door.
