Soccer Elite FA is a leading football academy based in Kent, working with over 600 players per week. We have a rare vacancy to become our Academy Coordinator, working from our stunning brand new base at Star Meadow Sports Complex, Medway.
RESPONSIBILITIES • To be the point of organisation for our Academy, and its sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays:
- To attend weeknight Academy sessions
- To organise staffing for each Academy session
- Academy admin, alongside operations lead
- Customer liaison
- To work alongside managing director and operations lead on internal player movements
- To coach some Post-16 Programme sessions
REQUIREMENTS
- An up to date DBS check or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- An up to date FA safeguarding certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- An up to date first aid certificate or a willingness to obtain one prior to employment
- A driving license and access to a car
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- A driven individual who is committed to the development of young footballers, with an understanding of how bring new ideas to the table, put them into action and deliver
- An enthusiastic and outgoing personality who thrives when engaging with young people
- Somebody who is comfortable performing admin duties, and understands these are as important as the on-pitch elements of the job
- Somebody who is comfortable speaking with parents / customers via email, phone and in person
- Lives within a commutable distance of our sessions in Mid-Kent
JOB INFORMATION
- Salary £19000-£23000 depending on experience and qualifications
- 40 hours per week, including weeknight evening and Saturday morning work
- Start date: ASAP
