Our Monday and Wednesday players from Under 6 to Under 15 will be invited in to represent SEFA in the tournament which takes place in the Verviers region of Belgium.

DSC_8847SEFA will be returning the tournament, which takes place between 29-31 May, for the second consecutive year following the universal success and extremely positive feedback from players and parents last year.

We will be competing against teams from across Europe for the tournament. Last season’s tournament included Southend and Cambridge United as well as sides from Portugal, France and Holland.

All matches (under 6 to under 15) will take place at the home of Royal Dolhain FC, one of Belgium’s oldest football clubs, with players and their families staying at the superb Erperheide Center Parcs complex.

Players and their families will stay at the superb Center Parcs Erperheide, offering players outstanding facilities to enjoy in their downtime including swimming pools, play areas and arcades.

In addition all players will receive a tour pack which includes a bespoke match day shirt, bag, water bottle, sweatband and lanyard. Players will also have full access to our own SEFA physiotherapist who will be joining us in Belgium, and the tournament will be extensively captured by our media team (website, social media, photos and videos) and media will be available both during the tour and after the event.

Tour Manager Simon Beard said: “We are delighted to be returning to Verviers and the Center Parcs Erperheide complex for the second year.

“Last year was the first time we did two tours and it worked superbly. All players got to play at a level relevant to their development, and the free time spent at Center Parcs really took the three days to the next level.

“We can not wait to welcome back plenty of last year’s party and look forward to seeing plenty of new faces too!”
