Congratulations to Head of Education and Head of Goalkeeping Patch Lee who has been appointed as the first team manager at Kent County League Premier Division side Kings Hill.
At the age of just 22, Patch surely becomes one of the youngest managers in senior football anywhere in the country, having impressed during a lengthy interview process with the Kings Hill committee.
Despite his tender years, the former Margate and Sittingbourne goalkeeper heads to the Kings Hill Sports Park with six years of coaching experience under his belt after beginning work at our Academy sessions at 16-years-old.
SEFA director Lee Spiller said: “We are very proud of Patch who has come on leaps and bounds during his time with us.
“He is a key cog in our company and has a lot of responsibility on his shoulders, looking after both our goalkeeper and full time education departments.
“To move into management at a terrific club like our partners at Kings Hill is another impressive string to Patch’s bow and we all have no doubt he will do a great job.”
