Soccer Elite FA are delighted to announce the launch of a girls’ sixth form Education & Football Programme.
The Programme, which will run out of our Chatham Girls Grammar / Brompton Academy, will provide girls in school years 12 and 13 the opportunity to train daily and play fixtures as a girls squad.
All girls enrolled will enjoy an unrivalled football and education experience, combining top class sixth form courses from UKAT’s two schools – Chatham Girls Grammar and Brompton Academy – with the SEFA coaching programme including top-class training, filmed and clipped games, and GPS player tracking.
SEFA’s Kieran Culleton said: “We’re delighted to formally launch our girls’ post-16 programme in partnership with Chatham Girls Grammar and Brompton Academy.
“We have received massive interest already from girls looking to join our full time courses in September 2023, so the timing is certainly right to properly go for it and form a full girls squad. We have always had the girls in with the boys across our centres, but it is clear now that female football is growing quickly and the demand is there to run a full girls’ team.
“We firmly believe we will be able to offer an exceptional experience for all players who join us; Chatham Girls Grammar and Brompton Academy are two outstanding schools under the University of Kent Academies Trust (UKAT) banner, and by basing our Girls’ Programme here, we know that each student’s education will be more than looked after. Students will be able to choose from A-Level and BTEC courses to suit each individual, with football training taking place with the SEFA staff after school. With over ten years experience delivering full time post-16 coaching, we know we will be able to hit the ground running with the football element of the programme and generate an environment which will help every player flourish.”

Girls currently in year 11 are encouraged to register their interest by filling in the form below – we will be in touch!
Girls who wish to attend our SEFA College or Maplesden Noakes centres are still encouraged to do so. These players will be made available to be selected for girls fixtures, and will be able to join in with training with the girls squad at UKAT when logistics allows.
