Our three-tiered Academy structure is designed to offer boys and girls of all abilities a platform to take their game to the next level, combining a proven training programme with experienced, knowledgable staff who hold the highest qualifications and coach in a way which engages the age group they are working with.

Since our formation in 2006 we have seen over 200 players graduate into professional clubs, with eight graduates now playing professional football at a senior level. While turning professional is the dream of all young footballers, our philosophy has always been to develop rounded individuals who subsequently have a variety of pathways available to them; these include university both home and abroad, football coaching, personal training and semi-professional football.
