This award is a culmination of a number of social enterprise & community interest initiatives that we undertake & provide, with the award being based upon our scale & quality of the offerings made available to communities outside of normal curricula activities.

We are proud & privileged to have been both nominated & to win this award, which will hopefully lead to many others in the future.

These discussions are ongoing & will continue to do so in weeks to come however, the level of interest shown in wanting to be part of the SEFA coaching set up epitomises the power of the brand within footballing circles & the role it is playing in the unearthing & development of local talented footballers.

In excess of 15 players per week are now registering for places within our Academy footprint, across our locations in Maidstone, Ashford & Tonbridge.

This level of demand is unprecedented in the history of Soccer Elite FA & will ensure that our Academy remains as near to capacity as possible throughout 2012.

This also drives up the necessity to employ more SEFA accredited & FA qualified coaches, with 3 new coaches already joining the team in 2012. Steve Nolan, Josh Stanford & Kieran Cullaton have all fitted seamlessly into the operation & the initial player feedback has been excellent on the quality & value of the coaching provided.

In excess of 65 players each day enjoyed all the different aspects of the Soccer School, culminating in the finals being played out to Champions League music, ahead of trying to get their hands on the coveted Champions League trophy.

Our next Soccer Schools will be during Easter & again will follow a topical theme with a surprise iconic special guest – linked to the history of the theme being used.

We can confirm that Valencia CF have signed their training ground facilities across to Soccer Elite FA on Thursday 5th April from 2pm until 5.30pm.

We have secured the 4 main training pitches during this time so every team will be able to train & prepare as professionals would for the Valencia CF Cup starting on 6th April.

This is an honour for Soccer Elite FA & our previous relationship with representatives from Valencia FC have enabled us to lay on this extra element to your tour experience.

Look out for the next Valencia monthly newsletter release towards the end of February, with Valencia presentation evening being held mid March – details to follow.

SEFA will take 2 teams with players selected from across our 3 Academy centres at Maidstone, Tonbridge & Lenham, Ashford to play fixtures against representative sides from Chelsea & 1 other professional ETC centre.

This is a great opportunity for selected players to play within a professional academy environment & set up, offering a great platform for individuals to perform.

Once again this is a real example of the stature which SEFA has established within the professional game & another example of a mouth-watering set of fixtures for players within our Academy footprint.

With games nights now at Maplesden Noakes every Monday & Swadelands every Friday, we will be hosting many clubs, schools & ‘in-house’ SEFA team matches so that many more players experience the thrill of representing Soccer Elite FA in match situations.

Feedback from the U8′s Manager from Kennington praised the all round organisation, playing ability on show & SEFA itself for the opportunity to bring his team into our centre & play a round robin group of fixtures under lights on a 3g surface. Ashford Borough also enjoyed the experience as well & look forward to a future invite being given to them.

SEFA PLAYER REGISTRATION

From today at our core Academy venues we will be putting donation boxes on behalf of Demelza to collect loose change on the nights of our Academy sessions.

Soccer Elite FA have set themselves an annual target of £10,000 fund raising on behalf Demelza, with £3,000 collected already from the charity match that we held in January.

We really appreciate all our customers support with our target & your generosity so far, which we are sure will continue with our ‘loose change challenge’ for the whole of the forthcoming year.
