SEFA Performance is delighted to offer its Academy players the first opportunity to experience the new explosive SAQ programmes used by the world’s best players!

This bespoke designed course will offer a complete insight into the world’s elite. A complete breakdown of the worlds iconic players strengths and weaknesses and why talent and technical ability alone is not enough to achieve the highest level. These player themed nights will open all involved eyes as to WHY and HOW vital SAQ techniques and player fitness levels are in the modern game.

With the way in which football has evolved over the past 10 years, there is need for young players to be more athletically defined to cope with the physical demands of the today’s game. With the game developing at such a rate, professional academies are ensuring young players of today are being turned into elite athletes to help meet these demands.
